ADHD Therapy

Do you feel like your brain is either going way too fast or way too slow?
Maybe traditional psychotherapy settings have been too boring, or have felt scattered and disjointed?

We can help. Adult ADHD is what we specialize in.

We want to help you feel more aligned with your ADHD brain so you can live the best life possible.

A passion for all things ADHD

At Creative Connection Healing Solutions Inc. we help adults affected by ADHD increase their self-awareness and learn to work with their brains instead of against them.

A Jungian Approach

A Jungian approach allows for a
space of creativity and non-judgment,
which is vital for those learning how to
live with ADHD. Carl G. Jung was a psychoanalyst who advocated for the importance of becoming ones unique self.

Somatic Work

Somatic work deals with the body and
understanding how our body reacts to
different situations. Awareness of the body can help with emotional regulation and can help people affected by ADHD to know when they are under or over stimulated.

Art Therapy

Working with art in therapy can give the brain something to focus on and can help reduce anxiety during sessions. Art can also help express emotions or events that are hard to explain verbally. Many clients with ADHD enjoy creating art while in session or as homework.

Working With Dreams

Dream work involves analyzing
Dreams in order to help understand what
might be going on in the psyche. This practice
is helpful for self-awareness and learning to think symbolically. Some people with ADHD have very vivid dreams and find dream work helpful.

An Emphasis on Neurodivergence

We work from a neurodivergent point of view. We don’t think people affected by ADHD are broken, but we do acknowledge that ADHD is a disability in the neurotypical world we live in.
Cammi has lived experience of ADHD and has worked with people affected by ADHD since 2018.

Virtual Sessions

We work online so we can cater to clients from the Netherlands, Canada, and other European countries. Many clients enjoy being able to have sessions from the comfort of their home.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

C.G. Jung

In the Netherlands it is mandatory for therapists to have an organization in which clients can complain to in case they feel the therapist is not practicing ethically. If you feel the need to lodge a complaint you can do so with the CCPA (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association).
